Prior to starting his own firm, Marc Stolee worked for Anapol, Schwartz, Weiss, Cohen, Feldman & Smalley, one of Pennsylvania’s largest plaintiff personal injury firms. While at Anapol Schwartz, Marc Stolee concentrated his practice in securities litigation and stockbroker claims, class actions, pharmaceutical liability, commercial litigation, and other complex civil litigation. His background as a CPA helped the firm understand the intricate financial issues in his cases.
Marc is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit as well as the United States Tax Court.
Marc received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from National University in 1991 and his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 2001. Marc is currently licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. While in law school, he was Vice-President of the Student Bar Association and a staff member of the Temple Civil and Political Law Review. He is the former Treasurer of the Executive Committee of the Temple Law Alumni Association and is currently a member of the Finance Committee of the Bucks County Bar Association. Marc Stolee is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Bucks County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He was also formerly a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
